I think that is out of control. It is a personal issue, it is not good for anyone. Unless it is a joke, the seller could have a little bit of problems displaying that sign. I think the neighbors may be able to site an assault or something. Never the less this is wild!

I have to say, I find that hilarious. I’ll give it to the owner – they are getting the disclosure out of the way right out of the gates. I suspect, they may be looking for the added benefit of irritating the neighbor as much as attempting to sell. Thanks for a chuckle this morning!!
